Barbz Health Bread Recipe


  • 2 cups Nutty Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup general Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Jungle Oats
  • 1 x 7gm pkt of yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup Digestive Bran
  • 20ml Honey and water
  • 30ml Oil
  • (Add sunflower seeds, raisins, nuts or whatever you like).


  1. Put it in a bowl, mix it all thoroughly, put it in a greased baking tin sprinkle with sesame seeds or cheese.
  2. Into the oven (180 degrees) for 50 minutes.
  3. Cool on a rack, enjoy!
