Ingredients
- 1 ½ c boiling water
- 2 rooibos teabags
- ½ c fresh naartjie juice warmed (optional)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise
Serve with
- Honey
- Fresh mint leaves
- Sliced naartjies
Method
- Bring the water to the boil and steep the tea until desired strength.
- Add the warmed juice if using and stir.
- Add cinnamon and star anise.
- Add honey, mint leaves and naartjie slices and serve warm immediately.
